Agentic RAG, in simple words

RAG means the AI looks things up before it answers. Instead of answering from memory, it searches your documents, price lists, policies or database, and answers only from what it found. Agentic means it works in steps. It plans what it needs, searches more than one place, checks what it found, and decides when a question should go to a person.

What could AI do for your business?

Pick your kind of business. These are practical first projects, not a ten-year plan.

Our AI assistant answers in English, Hindi or Marathi.

What does a manual task cost you?

Pick one task your team repeats every week. Move the sliders to see what it costs in time and money today.

Everyone who spends time on it, even partly.

Copying data, answering the same questions, building reports by hand.

A rough average is fine. It never leaves this page.

This is what the task costs today, based on a 48-hour week. How much of it can be automated depends on the task; you’ll get an honest answer on a call.

How a project runs

  1. Step 1: A short call to understand the problem.

A straight answer on whether we can help, and a rough idea of the approach.

  2. Step 2: A written scope with a fixed price and timeline.

A fixed price and a timeline, in writing.

  3. Step 3: Build, with a working demo shared every week.

A working link every week that you can click and test.

  4. Step 4: Handover with documentation, plus optional monthly maintenance.

Everything you need to own it, and support if you want it.

We take on a small number of projects at a time, so each one gets full attention and the dates we give are dates we keep. We focus on small and medium projects; if yours is bigger, we'll say so on the first call.

Questions owners ask

What size of project do you take on?

Small and medium projects: one system or a few connected ones, built and launched properly. If what you need is bigger, we'll say so on the first call and suggest how to split it into stages.

Do I need to understand the technology?

No. Describe the problem in your own words. We choose the technology, explain the choice in plain language, and you judge the result by whether it does the job.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We're in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and work remotely. We agree regular call times that suit your time zone.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the project, and the written scope gives exact dates before we start. You see a first working version early, and larger projects are split into stages, each with its own working demo.

How do payments work?

Payment terms are part of the written scope, agreed before anything starts.

What happens after handover?

You can run it yourself with the guide and walkthrough, or keep us on monthly maintenance for fixes, updates and improvements.

Not sure which one fits? Describe the problem.

Most projects mix two of these. Tell us what happens today and we'll tell you what we'd build, with a fixed price and dates.
