For businessApps for your team
A simple app for your staff, built around how they already work.
Orders, stock, deliveries, site visits, quotations or approvals, entered in seconds on a phone. You see today's numbers without asking anyone, and the app fits how your team works, not the other way round.
Fixed price and dates in writing before we start. We reply within 24 hours.
Apps we build
Orders and stock
Orders in, stock down, low items flagged, for shops and distributors.
Deliveries and field visits
Who went where, what was delivered or collected, with a photo and location.
Quotations and invoices
A quote or bill made on the phone in a minute, sent on WhatsApp as a PDF.
Approvals and records
Leave, expenses, purchase requests or job cards, approved on the phone with a trail.

How it works
Press any step to see it, or let it play.
What you get
- A phone-friendly web app your staff open from the home screen, with no app store needed
- Big buttons, few screens, English, Hindi or Marathi, and it keeps working on a weak connection
- An owner's view of today: entries, totals and anything stuck
- Export to Excel, Google Sheets or Tally whenever you need it
- Logins and permissions, so staff see only what they should
- Code, data and accounts in your name, with a short guide and a recorded walkthrough
What we need from you
- An hour with the people who do the work today, and the notebook or sheet they use
- A list of what you want to see each day
- Someone to try the first version for a week and say what's wrong
You see a first working version early, then a working demo every week until it's right. The exact dates are in the written scope before we start.
The detail, for when you’re ready
Who this is for, what matters in the build, and how we go about it. Open what you want to read.
Who this is for
It hurts when the day's work lives in a notebook and a WhatsApp group, and the owner finds out what happened a week later.
- Distributors and wholesalers with delivery staff and a godown
- Service businesses with technicians or sales people in the field
- Workshops and small factories tracking job cards and material
- Owners whose only record of the day is a WhatsApp group
- Businesses that have outgrown Excel but don't want big software
The details that matter
Few screens, big buttons
Each screen does one job. Staff who are not comfortable with phones pick it up in an afternoon.
Works on the phones you have
Budget Android phones, patchy 4G, a basement godown: entries save on the phone and sync later.
The owner's view
You open one page and see today: what came in, what went out, what's pending, and who did what.
Grows one screen at a time
We start with the one thing that hurts most, usually orders or stock, and add the next screen only when the first one is used every day.
How we build it
You see a working version early, and every week after that.
Watch
How the work happens today
Sketch
Every screen on paper, with your staff
First version
The one screen that matters most
Trial
A week with real work
Launch
Everyone on it, with training
Add
The next screen, when ready
Something we’ve built like this
Client project, live in production
Hotel Pranjal
Orders and hall bookings that arrive on WhatsApp, already worked out. A mobile-first ordering site with dish customisation, cart rules, UPI payment and orders sent to WhatsApp.

Questions
Something else? Ask on WhatsApp, or ask Sharada, our AI assistant, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
Will my staff actually use it?
That is the test we design for. We build it with the people who will use it, keep it to a few big buttons, and watch them use the first version before adding anything.
Does it work without internet?
Entries are saved on the phone and sent when the connection comes back, so a delivery in a basement or a village doesn't get lost.
Can it connect to Tally or our billing software?
Usually by export and import, and sometimes directly. We check your software on the first call.
Is this an Android app?
It is a web app that installs to the home screen on Android and iPhone and works like an app. That keeps it cheaper to build and change, with no app-store approvals.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting for a small team is usually a few hundred rupees a month or less, in your own account. You see the estimate before we start.
What does it cost to build?
A fixed price, agreed after a short call and a look at your material. You know the full cost and the timeline before any work starts, and the price does not change unless the scope does.
Have this problem? Let's talk about it.
Twenty minutes is enough to know whether we can help. You'll get a written scope with a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.
