Which tools can you connect?
Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail and Outlook, WhatsApp Business, website forms, Tally exports, and most software that has an export or an API. We check your exact tools on the first call.
Can it send WhatsApp messages?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, with Meta's messaging charges paid by you directly. Reminders only go to people who have agreed to hear from you.
What if something goes wrong at night?
Every rule has a check. If a step fails or the data looks odd, it stops and tells a person on WhatsApp or email, instead of carrying on.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. The automations work beside the tools you already use. If a tool is the real problem, we'll say so.
What does it cost to run each month?
Most automations run on free or very cheap plans. Messaging charges and any paid tools are yours directly, and you see the estimate before we start.
