See your sales, stock and cash in one place, updated by itself.

Kinds of dashboard
Sales
What's selling, where and when, updated every day.
Stock and reordering
What's running low and what's not moving.
Cash flow
Money in, money out, and what the next weeks are likely to look like.
Marketing
Which campaigns bring customers, and what each one costs.
Not sure which one fits you? Ask Sharada
Our AI assistant listens to your problem and suggests what fits, in English, Hindi or Marathi, by text or voice.
How it works
Press any step to see it, or let it play.
What you get
- Your data connected: spreadsheets, billing or accounting software, your website or app
- A dashboard with the five to ten numbers that matter to you, updated automatically
- Forecasts for sales, demand or cash where there is enough history, with how sure they are
- Alerts when a number moves outside its normal range
- Questions in plain English answered from your data, if you want them
- A short guide to reading and maintaining it
What we need from you
- Access to, or exports from, the systems where your numbers live
- The questions you ask every week or month
- Someone who knows the numbers, to check the first version
You see a first working version early, then a working demo every week until it's right. The exact dates are in the written scope before we start.
Who this is for
The numbers exist in sheets, software and exports, but pulling them together takes days, so the report is out of date when it arrives.
- Owners who check sales in five different places every morning
- Retailers and distributors deciding what to reorder, and when
- Marketing teams who can't tell which campaign actually brought customers
- Finance teams rebuilding the same monthly report by hand
The details that matter
Numbers you can trust
Every figure traces back to its source, and totals are checked against your own reports before anything goes live.
Forecasts with honest ranges
A forecast shows a likely range, not a single magic number, and how it would have done on past months you can check.
Business questions first
The dashboard answers the questions you actually ask: what's selling, what's stuck, what's working.
Tools your team already knows
It can live in Google Sheets, a simple web page, or the dashboard tool you already pay for.
How we build it
You see a working version early, and every week after that.

Financial Analyst + SQL Chatbot
Ask the database a question in plain English. A chat interface where an AI agent reads the schema, writes and checks the SQL, runs it and shows the result with the query attached.
Which five products sold the most last month?
- Reading the schema(order_items, products, orders)
- Writing the query
- Checking the query
- Running it

Questions
Something else? Ask on WhatsApp, or ask Sharada, our AI assistant, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
How much history do forecasts need?
Usually at least a year of monthly figures, or a few months of daily ones. If there isn't enough, we'll say so rather than show a forecast you shouldn't trust.
Can it use our accounting or billing software?
If the data can be exported or read, yes. We check the format on the first call.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, agreed after a short call and a look at your material. You know the full cost and the timeline before any work starts, and the price does not change unless the scope does.
Have this problem? Let's talk about it.
Twenty minutes is enough to know whether we can help. You'll get a written scope with a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.
