How wework
We learn how your work actually happens first, then build the thing that handles it, end to end.
The four steps
Step 1: A short call to understand the problem.
Twenty minutes on a call. You describe the work that eats your team's time, and we ask how it actually happens today. No preparation and no slides needed.
You get
A straight answer on whether we can help, and a rough idea of the approach.
Step 2: A written scope with a fixed price and timeline.
One page: what we will build, what it will not do, what we need from you, the price and the dates. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
You get
A fixed price and a timeline, in writing.
Step 3: Build, with a working demo shared every week.
You see real progress on your own data every week, not slides. Your feedback goes straight into the next week's work.
You get
A working link every week that you can click and test.
Step 4: Handover with documentation, plus optional monthly maintenance.
You get the code, accounts in your name, a written guide and a recorded walkthrough. If you want, we stay on for a monthly fee to keep it running and improve it.
You get
Everything you need to own it, and support if you want it.
What you can count on
Your workflow before our tools
We sit with the person who does the work today and watch how it really happens, including the workarounds nobody wrote down. The system is designed around that, not around a framework.
A fixed price you know up front
The scope, price and dates are written down before work starts. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing first.
Something working every week
Progress is a link you can click, on your own data, every week. Problems surface early, while they are cheap to fix.
AI only where it earns its place
If a simple rule does the job reliably, you get the rule. Models are used where they are clearly better, with checks around them.
You own all of it
Code, accounts, data and documentation are yours. You are never locked in to us to keep things running.
Questions
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We're in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and work remotely. We agree regular call times that suit your time zone.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project, and the written scope gives exact dates before we start. You see a first working version early, and larger projects are split into stages, each with its own working demo.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are part of the written scope, agreed before anything starts.
What happens after handover?
You can run it yourself with the guide and walkthrough, or keep us on monthly maintenance for fixes, updates and improvements.
Start with a 20-minute call.
Tell us what eats your team's week. You'll get a written scope with a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.
