The need
A small business website gets the same questions every day, at hours nobody can reply, and many visitors would rather ask in Marathi or Hindi than in English. They need an assistant that answers from the business's own information, admits what it doesn't know, and hands real enquiries to a person.
What we built
A multilingual assistant with live voice dictation, answers grounded in the site's own content, buttons that take action, and a fallback that keeps answering when the AI service is busy.

Ask in your own language
Visitors choose English, हिन्दी or मराठी at the start, and Sharada replies in the language they write or speak. Hindi and Marathi share a script, so their everyday words tell them apart.

Talk instead of typing
Tap the mic and the words appear in the message box as you speak. Stop, fix anything, then send. If you speak another of her languages, she notices within a couple of seconds and switches.

Answers with sources and next steps
Every answer comes from the site's own pages and shows where it came from. Buttons under the reply open the right page, start a WhatsApp chat or book a call.

Honest, and never silent
She won't invent prices, results or promises, and says when she doesn't know. If the AI service is busy, she still answers from the site's content instead of going quiet.

Try it
No video or sample data needed: the real assistant runs on every page of this site. Ask in any of her three languages, by text or voice.

Built for how visitors really ask
Most website chatbots expect a typed question in English. The people who visit a small business in Maharashtra often don't work that way: they'd rather speak than type, and many think in Marathi or Hindi. Sharada was built the other way round. Language comes first, voice is as easy as text, and nothing is sent until the visitor has seen and edited what she heard.
Honest by design
- Answers from the site, not from imagination. Each question pulls the few most relevant passages from the site's own pages, and the answer links back to them.
- No invented numbers. Prices, results and promises are off limits unless the site states them. When she doesn't know, she says so and offers to pass the question on.
- Silence stays silent. Speech models tend to invent words for silence ("Thank you."), so silent recordings are caught in the browser and never sent.
What this means for your business
An assistant like Sharada can sit on your website or inside your app, answer from your own information, in your customers' languages, and hand the real enquiries to your team. It starts small, its running costs are capped, and it gets better as you see what people actually ask.
